Recommended Use
Add just before serving to risottos, pumpkin-filled pasta, and meat or fish tartare and carpaccio. Excellent over steamed potatoes and shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano. For a sweet pairing, try it over vanilla or hazelnut ice cream, adding a few drops at a time.

To represent Riserva in the ESSENZA collection, we selected a Balsamic Vinegar aged in oak barriques for well beyond the five-year minimum required by the Consortium for Riserva certification. Prolonged contact with the wood enriches its aromatic profile with notes of ripe fruit, spices and vanilla. Its natural density and rounded flavour complete its character: qualities you can explore alongside a shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano or a spoonful of hazelnut ice cream.

The same Riserva, two sizes to choose from

200 and 375 ml: different quantities, the same Balsamic you love.

Every ESSENZA product is available in two sizes. We chose 200 and 375 ml to offer different quantities and help keep the price of each bottle more accessible. Both bottles contain the same Riserva: you can start with the smaller size or choose 375 ml when you would like more to hand. Choosing the quantity is therefore separate from choosing the product.
